What is it that makes a Summer Jo’s cocktail special?

Maybe it’s the premium vodka. Or gin, or bourbon. Maybe it’s the mint infusion prepared from our own farm-grown mint that we use in our mojitos. Or maybe it’s that we ask our servers to think about Dorothy Parker and Ogden Nash while making them. It’s in the Cocktail Codicil to the Employee Manual.

Worcestershire, and Horseradish
